True Sun LLC, www.truesun.com, came into existance in 1996 as a resource for treating certain ailments (seasonal affective disorder) through alternative methods, particularly light therapy. The owners, an electrical engineer and a clinical therapist, stumbled on light therapy technology in treating a host of physical and mental health issues. They researched a number of manufacturers and continue to do so.

Initially, their focus was on light therapy as an alternative medicine for SAD. This was followed with full spectrum lighting for people that do not receive enough natural sunlight, whether they work shifts, work indoors with no windows, spent a lot time in the house or are hit hard in the fall, winter and spring months.

Most recently, True Sun expanded and now are into the Durable Medical Equipment, www.truesunmedical.com. We try to make the durable medical equipment arena more affortable to the average consumer such as you and I. Currently, we have equipment by Drive Medical Design and Manufacturer, Air Purification from IQAir and Surround Air, TENS and EMS units from Kaloaty Products, and much more!
